our story

apizza started out with one store in san-francisco california in 2019, partnering with central milling to provide the organic sprouted wheat and flour for the crust. from there in 2023 we opened a store in logan utah and greenbrae california. coming soon,

sprouted wheat

our crust starts with organic flour and sprouted wheat sourced from central milling here in logan utah. from there using our own recipe we par bake the crusts and send them to the restaurants to be made into the pizzas that you love. using a par baked crust is how we can get the pizzas cooked and delivered to you quickly while still maintaining our fresh and healthy standards.
